Rosicrucian notes of the third grade

The last stage of childhood is adolescence. Pythagoras wrote that up to the age of 20, we are children. After that, we are young until the age of 40 and adult to 60. At the age of 84 we are considered old, and beyond that, human consciousness can be benefited more by the spiritual world rather than the physical.

An individual’s karma becomes fully expressed at the age of 21, which seems to make sense for those who have passed this age. It is at this time that individuals learn the hard lessons of cause and effect within free will.

Those who pursue the direction of a mystical life, consisting of the study of life’s mysteries and hidden truths as found in the mystery schools, will be benefited: his or her evolution will be more positive by understanding of the laws in which human destiny is ruled. Thus, we are then better prepared to triumph over any trials that may manifest.
